KOE Wear offers shipping within Croatia and internationally through our delivery partner, DPD.

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and will always be displayed during checkout before your order is completed.

Free shipping is available on all orders over €150 within Croatia.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and, for destinations outside the European Union, customs procedures.

International Orders

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, taxes, or administrative fees imposed by local customs authorities.

These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

Please include a printed and completed Return Form inside your return parcel. The form can be downloaded HERE.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

Unworn
Unwashed
In their original condition
Returned with all original tags attached

Items must be returned without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after submitting your withdrawal request.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or style, simply place a new order after completing your return.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

KOE Wear reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or until proof of return shipment has been provided.

Faulty or Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend reporting the damage immediately to the courier or refusing delivery.

KOE Wear is responsible for product defects in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
